About Don I was raised in a creative and working class home in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a child my father would pick up a marker or pen and render inspiring and inventive worlds of cartoon characters on the backs of tv dinner boxes or anything that would take ink or marker. My mother is an interior designer and decorator in Cincinnati, today. She too has inspired me to trust in myself and my talent and to remember that all things in my way shall pass. In 1988, I enlisted in the Army as an tank driver. I enjoyed my time in the service and met soldiers from all corners of America and the world. Upon my honorable discharge from active duty in 1991, I began my studies in painting and graphic art at Western Washington University. I graduated from Western with portfolios in both painting and illustration. Today I am a full time artist and graphic designer. I exhibit my artwork throughout the year and welcome commissions during the winter months.
