interface design: Art Technology Group - Knowledge Sharing Tools During my four years of consulting for ATG (Formerly Primus Knowledge Solutions) I worked on numerous product designs including their full-service and self-service flagship knowledge management products. Below is a faux-branded and full-featured UI for their Knowledgebase self-service search tool. This was the quickly re-brandable 'out-of-the-box' version used to sell the product to other companies. ![]() This is an example of the flexibility of the self-service interface from above. Many Primus products require that they be localizable and re-brandable. In the scenario below, I graphically fit some, but not all of our existing features within the AT&T look and feel. I worked remotely with a Primus customer care specialist assigned to AT&T. ![]() Knowledge Center Pro Below is the interface for KnowledgeCenter Pro, the administrative tool for ATG's premier CRM tool iView. In addition to solving numerous workflows, I designed the graphical look and feel for the iView interface. ![]() |
